Job Description

Grand Motors Toyota Springwood is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Car Detailer. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you master the skills needed to make every vehicle shine. This is a fantastic opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of vehicles, learn from experienced professionals, and become an expert in automotive detailing.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, wash, vacuum, and polish vehicles to the highest standards, both interior and exterior.
- Apply waxes, polishes, and protective coatings to vehicle surfaces.
- Perform minor paint touch-ups and remove scratches as directed after training.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and address any areas requiring further attention.
- Maintain detailing equipment and ensure a clean, organised work environment.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet dealership timelines and customer expectations.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and parts departments as needed.
Required Skills
- Valid Australian Driver's License (manual highly preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift regularly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a car wash or detailing role (even if informal).
