Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Casual Garden Maintenance Hand in St Kilda, Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who love working outdoors and are keen to contribute to the upkeep of stunning gardens and green spaces. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals for casual day shifts, assisting our experienced landscapers with various garden maintenance tasks. No prior extensive experience is strictly required; we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general garden maintenance duties including weeding, mulching, pruning, and planting.
- Operate basic gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work areas and equipment.
- Follow instructions from team leaders and senior gardeners.
- Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment.
