Job Description

As an Online Data Gatherer for Real Estate Research at CoreLogic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and comprehensiveness of our extensive property database. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Esperance, WA, contributing to our national data collection efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously research, collect, and verify real estate data from various online sources, ensuring the integrity and quality of information used by our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough online research to identify new property listings, sales records, zoning changes, and other relevant real estate information.
  • Verify the accuracy of collected data against multiple sources.
  • Enter and update property data into CoreLogic's internal databases with precision and attention to detail.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in existing data.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data collection methodologies.
