Job Description
Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Subway in Berri is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Servers to join our team. As a Counter Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for preparing delicious food, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for all our valued customers. This is an on-site, full-time position offering a dynamic work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Subway's strict recipes and food safety standards.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, and provide correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the food preparation area, dining area, and restrooms.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring proper rotation.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning equipment and preparing for the next shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Promote daily specials and upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience.

- Basic math skills for cash handling.
