Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Blog Manager – Formatting & Posting Assistant to join our dynamic content team. This 100% remote role is crucial for ensuring our blog content is impeccably formatted, scheduled, and published across our digital platforms. You will work closely with our content creators and editors, playing a key role in maintaining brand consistency and optimizing content for readability and search engines. If you have a keen eye for detail, basic understanding of web content management, and a passion for digital media, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a market leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Format blog posts according to established brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in styling, headings, images, and links.
- Upload and schedule approved blog content using our Content Management System (CMS), primarily WordPress.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all published content to identify and correct any formatting errors, broken links, or display issues.
- Optimize images for web performance and SEO, including alt-text implementation.
- Collaborate with content creators and editors to ensure timely publication of all blog articles.
- Assist with basic SEO tasks, such as internal linking and meta description review, under guidance.
- Maintain an organized content calendar and tracking system for all blog posts.
- Stay updated on best practices for blog formatting, web accessibility, and content publishing.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for formatting web content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with digital content publishing workflows.

- Experience with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Yoast SEO).
