Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy communicator with a knack for making complex digital products easy to understand? Xero is seeking a dynamic Virtual Product Demonstrator to join our growing team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in showcasing the power and simplicity of Xero’s innovative digital solutions to potential clients and partners across various industries. You will conduct engaging online demonstrations, answer technical questions, and tailor your presentations to highlight how Xero can address specific business challenges, ultimately driving engagement and adoption of our platform. This role requires a strong digital focus, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compelling and informative live virtual product demonstrations of Xero's software and related digital tools.
• Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and pain points of various audiences, including small business owners, accountants, and bookkeepers.
• Engage actively with attendees during demonstrations, answering questions and addressing concerns in real-time through virtual platforms.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Xero's product features, updates, and competitive landscape to provide accurate and relevant information.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure demonstrations align with current campaigns and strategic objectives.
• Gather feedback from demonstration participants to contribute to product development and sales strategy.
• Utilize and master various digital communication and presentation tools to deliver a seamless and professional virtual experience.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of demonstration scripts, materials, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in delivering engaging presentations or demonstrations, preferably for digital products.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting and webinar platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and master new software applications.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others understand and utilize technology.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fully remote, independent environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to live demonstration scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience demonstrating SaaS products, particularly in accounting, finance, or business software.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
• Basic understanding of small business operations and financial processes.
• Certifications in digital presentation tools or relevant software platforms.
• Experience working with Australian small businesses or regional client bases.
