Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Garden Maintenance Hand to join our team in Coffs Harbour. This role involves performing a variety of outdoor garden maintenance tasks to ensure the immaculate presentation of our clients’ properties. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to contribute to a beautiful environment, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general garden maintenance duties including mowing, weeding, pruning, and hedging.
- Planting and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Operating and maintaining garden machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Ensuring gardens and outdoor areas are kept clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Identifying and reporting any plant health issues or property damage.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Basic understanding of garden care principles (or willingness to learn).
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or a similar outdoor role.
- Horticulture certificate or relevant vocational training.
- Experience operating commercial garden machinery.
