Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Function Waiters to join our dynamic team for casual night shifts, primarily supporting corporate events and private functions. This role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible hours within a fast-paced and rewarding hospitality environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service, contributing to the seamless execution of events, and maintaining The Renmark Hotel’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up event spaces according to function sheets, including tables, chairs, and place settings.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally to guests during events.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas throughout shifts.
- Assist with clearing tables, dishwashing, and resetting rooms as required.
- Adhere to all food safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and event management teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
