Job Description

Toll Group is actively seeking highly motivated and reliable Container Unloaders to join our bustling Karratha operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding role and are eager to contribute to essential logistics processes. You will be a vital part of our team, ensuring the timely and safe handling of goods arriving daily in shipping containers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manually unload a variety of goods and materials from shipping containers efficiently and safely.
  • Sort, stack, and organize products according to specific warehouse procedures and client requirements.
  • Operate manual handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, policies, and procedures to prevent incidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
  • Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive lifting (up to 25kg), bending, pushing, and standing for extended periods.
  • Exceptional reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or general labour environment.
  • Current driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems or inventory handling.
  • First Aid certification is an advantage.
