Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Remote Digital Assistant to join our dynamic team, focusing on general administrative support and marketing initiatives. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Australia. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, assisting with content creation, social media scheduling, email campaigns, and various administrative duties to support our marketing and operational departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising digital files.
  • Assist with the creation and curation of marketing content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts across multiple channels.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including list management, content formatting, and basic performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing strategies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and route them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain and update databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote team members across different time zones.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) or willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
