Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Solutions Consultant – SaaS Technology to join our dynamic team in Docklands. In this role, you will be a crucial bridge between our cutting-edge SaaS products and our customers’ business needs. You will leverage your technical expertise and strong communication skills to understand client requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and craft tailored solutions that drive value and ensure customer success. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer business challenges and technical requirements.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to specific customer scenarios.
- Design and propose technical solutions using Salesforce's diverse product portfolio.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to uncover critical customer needs and pain points.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with comprehensive and accurate technical proposals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through solution design and implementation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce product releases and industry trends.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales enablement materials and best practices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Presales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Demonstrable expertise in SaaS technologies and cloud computing principles.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented language.
- Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about customer challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and ecosystem.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant).
- Familiarity with integration technologies and APIs.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
