Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Fruit Packers in the Goulburn region, NSW. As a Fruit Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our fresh produce meets the highest standards of quality before it reaches our customers. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully inspect, sort, and pack various types of fruit according to quality standards and specifications.
- Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor product quality throughout the packing process and report any issues.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
