Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Crop Maintenance Hands at our Tweed Heads farm. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in agriculture to gain valuable hands-on skills in a dynamic outdoor environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring the health and productivity of our crops, contributing directly to the success of our harvest. This role is seasonal, offering a chance to work outdoors and be part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing general crop maintenance tasks such as weeding, pruning, and thinning.
- Assisting with irrigation system checks and basic repairs.
- Participating in planting and harvesting activities as required.
- Identifying and reporting any crop health issues or pest infestations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets.

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
