Job Description
Join our team as a Fruit Picker and contribute to bringing fresh produce to tables across Australia and beyond. This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking seasonal work, including those looking to meet visa requirements with an 88-day sign-off. We provide accommodation options to support our team members, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience while you work in a vibrant agricultural setting. No prior experience is necessary; we provide all the training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Harvesting various types of fruit according to quality standards and guidelines.
- Carefully picking and handling fruit to prevent damage.
- Operating and maintaining harvesting equipment as required (e.g., picking platforms, ladders).
- Sorting and packing fruit directly in the field or at a designated packing station.
- Working efficiently and effectively to meet daily picking targets.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Good physical stamina and strength to lift and carry.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
