Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge Service Assistant to join our team at a prestigious luxury property in Goulburn. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and visitors, providing a memorable first impression.
- Assist guests with luggage, parking, and transportation arrangements.
- Provide expert information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and events.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Manage reservations for restaurants, tours, and other services.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of property services, facilities, and local area.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest needs and preferences.
- Ensure the lobby and concierge desk areas are tidy, organised, and presentable.
- Handle incoming mail, messages, and packages for guests.
- Assist with security procedures and ensure guest safety and privacy.
