Job Description

Coles in Geelong is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Trolley Collectors. This role is crucial to ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience by providing easy access to trolleys. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a proactive attitude, and are looking for flexible hours to fit your lifestyle, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll be responsible for managing trolley bays, collecting trolleys from around the car park, and ensuring they are clean and available for use. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas efficiently and safely.
  • Organize trolleys neatly into designated bays for customer use.
  • Regularly check and clear car park of any loose trolleys or litter.
  • Ensure trolley bays are always stocked and accessible.
  • Perform minor cleaning of trolleys as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Report any issues or hazards in the car park or trolley areas to management.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, pushing, and lifting.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
