Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding AGL products, services, and billing.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data privacy.
- Actively listen to customer needs and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- A genuine desire to help customers and provide outstanding service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (any industry).
- Experience with CRM software or similar customer management systems.
- An understanding of the energy sector is a plus, but not required.
