Job Description

Are you ready to kickstart a rewarding career in a dynamic industrial environment? Monadelphous is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Industrial Sandblaster Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for highly driven candidates with no prior experience to gain valuable skills and contribute to critical industrial projects. You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training from experienced professionals, working on various equipment and structures to prepare surfaces for painting and coating. Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply industrial sandblasting techniques under direct supervision.
  • Assist experienced sandblasters in setting up and dismantling equipment.
  • Prepare surfaces for blasting, including cleaning, masking, and containment setup.
  • Operate various sandblasting equipment safely and efficiently after training.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Inspect finished surfaces for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Participate actively in all training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
