Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in hospitality? Terrigal Beach House is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Assistant to join our friendly team. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting guests upon arrival and assisting them to their tables.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving dishes and drinks with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Assisting with table setup and breakdown, ensuring readiness for service.
- Handling customer inquiries and feedback gracefully, escalating issues when necessary.
- Processing payments and operating the POS system after training.
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
