Job Description

Aria Restaurant Sydney is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen team as an Oyster Shucker. Key Responsibilities

  • Master the art of oyster shucking under the guidance of our culinary team.
  • Carefully open and prepare various types of oysters to Aria's exacting standards.
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and freshness of all oysters served.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist with other basic kitchen duties as required.
  • Manage oyster stock rotation and quality checks upon delivery.
