Job Description

Sofitel Hervey Bay is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Concierge Offsider to join our dynamic front office team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Concierge team with guest arrivals and departures, including luggage handling and transport arrangements.
- Provide guests with accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Support the Concierge in fulfilling guest requests, such as booking tours, making reservations, and arranging special services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk, lobby, and luggage storage areas.
- Run errands and perform other duties as assigned to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
- Learn and uphold Sofitel's luxury service standards and brand values.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
