Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead educators in the daily care and supervision of children aged 0-5 years.
- Help organize and facilitate engaging play-based learning activities.
- Support children with meal times, nap routines, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
- Observe and report on children’s development and any concerns to senior staff.
- Communicate effectively and positively with children, parents, and team members.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and child protection policies and procedures.
