Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible way to earn money on your own schedule? Menulog is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Riders to join our team in Tuggeranong. As a Delivery Rider, you’ll be an essential part of connecting customers with their favourite meals, using your own bike to deliver food from local restaurants directly to their doors. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pick up food orders from various restaurants.
- Deliver orders promptly and courteously to customers' specified locations.
- Ensure food quality and presentation are maintained during transit.
- Manage your delivery schedule efficiently using the Menulog app.
- Represent Menulog professionally during all interactions.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and traffic laws.
Required Skills
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with the Tuggeranong area.
- Ability to use a smartphone and the Menulog delivery app.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable personal bike and appropriate safety gear (helmet, lights, etc.).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Australia.

- Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
