Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Sweeper to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our bustling industrial warehouse in Oxford. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking for immediate employment in a dynamic environment where safety and tidiness are paramount. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular sweeping and mopping of warehouse floors, aisles, and storage areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal according to company guidelines.
- Ensure all common areas, including breakrooms and restrooms, are clean and well-maintained.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers or sweepers, if trained.
- Report any maintenance issues, spills, or hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
