Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Labourers to join our bustling logistics hub in Belconnen, ACT. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for consistent work with weekly pay in a supportive team environment. We welcome backpackers and those new to warehouse work, providing on-the-job training for the right candidates. If you’re physically fit, have a strong work ethic, and are ready to contribute to a busy warehouse operation, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of English for communication and safety instructions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Current forklift license (LF).
- Own reliable transportation to our Belconnen facility.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
