Job Description

You will be responsible for managing traffic flow safely around our project sites, ensuring the safety of both our workforce and the general public. No prior experience is necessary as full comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently manage traffic flow around construction and infrastructure sites.
- Operate traffic control equipment, including stop/go paddles and temporary traffic lights.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with drivers, site personnel, and the public.
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic management signs and barriers according to site plans and safety regulations.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Report any incidents or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure project success and site safety.
