Job Description
Are you a student looking for a flexible part-time role that fits around your studies? You will primarily be responsible for text-based interactions, monitoring content, and responding to customer inquiries without any voice work. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate user comments, posts, and direct messages across all Webjet social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner, exclusively through text-based communication.
- Identify and escalate critical issues, complaints, or emerging trends to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Ensure all online interactions comply with Webjet's brand guidelines, community standards, and legal requirements.
- Help foster a positive and engaging online community, encouraging constructive dialogue and user-generated content.
- Report on social media engagement, sentiment, and common query themes to improve our online strategy.
