Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Rural General Labourer to join our team on an ongoing basis, with an immediate start available. This role involves a variety of manual tasks essential to the smooth operation of our rural support services and facilities. You will be contributing to a range of projects, ensuring sites are well-maintained, safe, and efficient. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning, tidying, and waste management.
  • Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and products.
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Support skilled tradespeople and technicians with various tasks.
  • Maintain inventory and assist with stock organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site.
  • Undertake other labouring duties as required to support team operations.
