Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Online Spreadsheet Assistant to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic Excel skills looking to gain valuable experience in a professional environment. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, and performing light data analysis to support various departments. This role requires the ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office, ensuring data integrity and timely task completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update data into various Excel spreadsheets and online databases with high accuracy.
- Organize, sort, and filter data to ensure clarity and usability.
- Apply basic Excel formulas (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT) to summarize data.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Generate simple reports from existing data as required.
