Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, file, and retrieve patient medical records accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform data entry and update patient information in electronic health record systems.
  • Ensure strict adherence to patient confidentiality and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Australian Privacy Principles).
  • Assist medical staff and authorized personnel with record requests and inquiries.
  • Scan and index paper documents into digital formats.
