Job Description
Join the esteemed team at Hilton Oxford Spires Hotel as a Lobby Greeter! We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to be the welcoming face of our hotel. As a Lobby Greeter, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional first impression for all our guests, ensuring their stay begins and continues with warmth and efficiency. This role is pivotal in setting the tone for our guests’ entire experience, requiring a proactive approach and a genuine desire to help.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests entering and exiting the hotel with a friendly smile and helpful demeanor.
- Provide directions, information about hotel services, and local attractions with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and coordination when needed, working closely with concierge or bell staff.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance or solutions to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby area, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
- Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Liaise effectively with the front desk, concierge, and other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure a seamless flow of foot traffic within the lobby area.
