Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with light household duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment if necessary.
  • Document care provided accurately and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and client care plans.
  • Promote client independence and dignity at all times.
