Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Conduct research on accounting principles and regulations.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Aid in audit preparation and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by senior staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the finance department.
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Junior or Senior standing in a Bachelor's degree program.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Prior coursework in advanced accounting or finance subjects.
- Previous internship experience in a corporate finance or accounting department (not required).
