Job Description
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Croupiers to join our dynamic team at The Reef Hotel Casino. As a Croupier, you will be responsible for providing an exciting and professional gaming experience to our patrons, operating a variety of casino games with precision and integrity. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of game rules, and the ability to maintain a lively and engaging atmosphere on the gaming floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting various casino games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker) with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Maintaining high standards of game integrity and security at all times.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring an enjoyable and fair gaming experience.
- Handling cash and chips accurately and responsibly.
- Adhering to all company policies, gaming regulations, and responsible gambling practices.
- Actively monitoring game play for irregularities or suspicious activity and reporting as necessary.
- Assisting with training and mentoring junior croupiers as required.
- Upholding the luxurious atmosphere and brand standards of The Reef Hotel Casino.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Croupier in a professional casino environment.
- Proficiency in dealing at least two core casino games (e.g., Roulette and Blackjack).
- Excellent numerical aptitude and mental arithmetic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing a wider range of casino games, including Baccarat and Poker.
- Table Games Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of multiple languages.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort casino.
