Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Inbox Manager to join our remote team. This role is 100% focused on written correspondence, managing a high volume of digital communications across various platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer and internal inquiries, maintaining exceptional service standards from a work-from-home environment. You will be a critical point of contact, ensuring smooth information flow and upholding Telstra’s commitment to excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming emails, internal messages, and chat correspondence daily.
  • Compose clear, concise, and professional written responses to inquiries, resolving issues or escalating as necessary.
  • Categorize, tag, and archive digital communications efficiently to maintain organized records.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal teams to gather information and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Adhere strictly to company communication guidelines, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Proactively identify trends in inquiries and suggest improvements to communication processes.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security in all interactions.
  • Utilize CRM and other communication tools effectively to track and manage correspondence.
  • Provide exceptional written customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple digital inboxes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with email platforms (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Gmail) and CRM software.
