Key Responsibilities
- Assist tradespeople and supervisors with various tasks on site.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance duties.
- Safely load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations meticulously.
- Digging, trenching, and backfilling as required.
- Manual handling and lifting of materials.
- Support the team in ensuring a productive and safe work environment.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain one.
- Good communication skills.
