Job Description

You’ll work closely with store management, learn best practices, and contribute to the smooth running of our store, all while developing the skills needed for future leadership roles within Woolworths Group. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist store management with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock management, and ensure product availability.
  • Support team members in maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance standards.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops focused on retail leadership, team management, and operational efficiency.
  • Support merchandising efforts, including product displays and promotional setups.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
