Job Description
Are you a night owl looking for a dynamic role with great pay? Woolworths in Wodonga is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Night Fill Team Members to join our bustling late-night operations. This crucial role involves ensuring our store is perfectly stocked, tidy, and ready for customers each day. You’ll work efficiently to unpack deliveries, restock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment, all while benefiting from excellent late-night penalty rates. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and unpack delivery trucks.
- Accurately replenish shelves, ensuring products are correctly priced and rotated.
- Maintain a clean and organised backroom and store floor during night operations.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys safely.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet stocking deadlines.
Required Skills
- Ability to work late-night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry goods regularly.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
