Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Centrelink Admin Support professional to join our Processing Team in Toowoomba. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of Centrelink-related documents and inquiries, supporting both our internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance within a fast-paced administrative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Process Centrelink forms, applications, and documents accurately and efficiently.
- Verify information against established criteria and update client records.
- Respond to and resolve internal and external queries regarding Centrelink processing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to all privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all processing deadlines are met.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the processing workflow.
