Job Description

Are you passionate about travel and helping others? Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Travel & Tourism Support Agent. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our customers’ travel journeys. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, assisting them with bookings, inquiries, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth and enjoyable travel experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive customer support via phone, email, and chat for travel-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist clients with booking modifications, cancellations, and general questions about their itineraries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve travel-related problems efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, company policies, and product offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand image.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution System) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
