Job Description
Join Toll Group as a Truck Offsider and become an essential part of our dynamic logistics team in Arndell Park. This full-time role offers an immediate start for individuals with high energy and a strong work ethic. You will assist our truck drivers with loading, unloading, and securing freight, ensuring safe and timely deliveries across various routes. This is a hands-on position requiring physical fitness and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist truck drivers with the safe loading and unloading of various types of freight.
- Secure loads using straps, chains, and other equipment to prevent movement during transit.
- Verify accuracy of freight against delivery manifests and report discrepancies.
- Help navigate routes and assist with backing up vehicles when required.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment within the truck and at delivery sites.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

Preferred Qualifications
