Job Description

Curtin University is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Research Assistant to join our dynamic academic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize findings.
  • Assist with data collection, including surveys, interviews, and experiments.

  • Prepare research materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain detailed records of research activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with academic staff, researchers, and other team members.

  • Assist in the preparation of grant applications and research proposals.
  • Contribute to the drafting of academic papers and publications.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Social Sciences, Humanities).
  • Demonstrated experience in academic research or related projects.
  • Proficiency in data collection and basic data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Honours degree or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
