Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Sector Project Assistant to join our growing team in Carnarvon, Western Australia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support critical projects within the public sector, contributing to initiatives that shape our communities. You will work closely with project managers and consultants, providing essential administrative and project coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of engagements. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Monitor project progress and assist in tracking key deliverables and milestones.
- Conduct research and gather information to support project initiatives and presentations.
- Prepare and format presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Manage project-related data and maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for projects as required.

- Understanding of the public sector landscape in Australia or Western Australia specifically.
