Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and issues.
  • Support in preparing dispatch documentation, including manifests and delivery notes.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records of dispatch operations.
  • Shadow experienced team members to understand best practices in logistics coordination.
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by following all company procedures and policies.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks as required to support the dispatch team.
