Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Cloakroom Attendant, an essential role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests at our theatre and nightclub venues in Rockingham, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking easy-to-learn work in a dynamic entertainment environment. You’ll be responsible for providing friendly and efficient cloakroom services, assisting guests, and maintaining a tidy and secure area. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide professional cloakroom services.
  • Receive, tag, and securely store guests' coats, bags, and other personal items.
  • Retrieve items efficiently and accurately upon presentation of corresponding tags.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cloakroom area throughout shifts.
  • Handle lost and found inquiries with discretion and care.
  • Assist with general guest inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff when necessary.
  • Adhere to all venue policies and safety procedures.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items (e.g., bags).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of venue operations.
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (can be obtained after hire).
