Job Description

No previous experience in care is required – we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop the skills you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities (e.g., personal care, meal preparation, medication administration).
- Support individuals in accessing community activities, education, and employment opportunities.
- Promote independence, choice, and inclusion for all service users.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using equipment as required.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and families.
- Engage in recreational and social activities with service users.

Preferred Qualifications
- Full clean driver's license
- QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support or equivalent (or willingness to complete)
- Basic First Aid certification
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals (volunteer experience welcome)
