Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote Data Clerk to join our team for a morning shift, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in Geelong, offering you the flexibility to work from home while contributing to a crucial part of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, processing, and maintaining various data records, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry from various sources into our systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
  • Organize and file documents and data both electronically and, occasionally, physically if required for local operations.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries of entered data.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies or issues.
  • Follow established procedures and protocols for data handling and processing.
  • Assist with data cleanup projects and ensure data consistency across platforms.
