Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual looking for a flexible role? Boost Juice in Dandenong is seeking a Casual Juice Bar Team Member for day shifts. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, craft delicious and healthy beverages, and provide excellent service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other menu items according to Boost Juice recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment, including cleaning equipment and food preparation areas.
- Handle cash and card payments with precision and manage till operations.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., fruit boxes).
- Availability to work various day shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role.
- Current Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
