Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced technicians with routine pool and spa cleaning and maintenance.
- Learn to test and balance water chemistry accurately.
- Help with diagnosing and repairing pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Conduct visual inspections of pools and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Handle and apply pool chemicals safely and according to guidelines.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients.
- Ensure service vehicles are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – willingness to learn is essential!
- Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in how things work.
- Current First Aid certification.
- Knowledge of local area (Belconnen and surrounding ACT suburbs).
