Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Client Assistant to join our dynamic team, supporting an Australian-based business. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Australia while providing crucial administrative and client support. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, client communication, and overall office efficiency for a financial advice practice within the Count Financial network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service. This role requires someone who can work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing needs in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Prepare client correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and managing client documentation.
- Handle incoming client inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional responses.
- Process administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support financial advisers with general administrative duties to enhance productivity.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Utilise various software and CRM systems to manage client interactions and data.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, client service representative, or similar role.
